The most valuable ACE SPEC card is Hero's Cape 152/162 (Temporal Forces), worth about $20.46 ungraded. 46 English cards carry this rarity, from Boundaries Crossed (2012) to Prismatic Evolutions (2025), across the Black & White and Scarlet & Violet eras.

ACE SPEC cards are powerful Trainer and Energy cards limited by a game rule to one ACE SPEC card per deck. They appeared first in the Black & White era, from Boundaries Crossed in 2012 to Plasma Blast in 2013, and returned in Scarlet & Violet from Temporal Forces in 2024 to Prismatic Evolutions in 2025.

The two runs look different. The Black & White cards have "ACE SPEC" printed on the card and the rarity marked as Rare ACE. The Scarlet & Violet cards have a pink card design, and their rarity symbol is a single pink star.

Because these cards were built for play, prices follow both competitive demand and collecting. Computer Search (Boundaries Crossed) from Boundaries Crossed and Master Ball (Plasma Blast) from Plasma Blast are the best-known cards of the first run, and older ACE SPEC cards in high grades are scarce. From the second run, Hero's Cape (Temporal Forces) and Neo Upper Energy (Temporal Forces) from Temporal Forces are among the most traded.

Modern ACE SPEC cards are affordable for most players. The Black & White cards are older and scarcer in high grades, so check condition carefully before paying a premium.
