Delete your UltraBall account
One account works on ultraball.com and in the UltraBall app. Delete it here or in the app and it goes from both, for good.
What goes
- Your collection, with what you paid and when
- Your watchlist, price targets and listing alerts
- Your binders, tracked sets, favourites and grails
- Your Trainer Rank, achievements and challenge calls
- Any shared collection link, binder link or public profile: the links stop working
- Your grading reports and their photos
- Your connected eBay account and the purchases read from it
- Your email address, your password, and your sign-in on every device
What stays
A report you sent us about a wrong price, picture, sale or listing stays, with nothing on it that says it came from you. A grading report you deleted earlier with “keep for accuracy checks” ticked keeps its photos and readings for two years from when you deleted it, as you agreed, with nothing linking them to you. If you pay for a plan, cancel it first: deleting the account doesn’t stop the billing by itself, so we won’t delete it while a plan is still running.
In the app
Open UltraBall, go to Settings, then Delete account. It asks you to confirm it’s you, then removes the account straight away.
